Expresco Foods was founded to fill a niche in the restaurant industry, that of ready-to-eat skewers. Our core business is supplying value-added portion-controlled meat to the foodservice and retail industry under the Expresco brand, as well as to customers under their own private labels.   • Be responsible for the process of purchasing equipment for maintenance,
  • respond to various requests and follow up with suppliers
  • Manage parts inventory in our software (Intéral)
  • Review requests to validate supply needs, prepare orders
  • Maintain inventories and make adjustments in Interal
  • Prepare and maintain purchasing records and price lists, with the aim of reducing company costs
  • Prepare the material required for work orders and interventions
  • Support the maintenance and engineering team for supply needs during emergency interventions
  • Provide logistics for emergency needs or critical situations
  • Update the min max of the ordering software and optimization of it in order to make recurring part orders automatically

Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree or DEC in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Maintenance or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role
  • General knowledge of equipment in an industrial/food production environment Bilingual (French, English)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel and Outlook) Features
  • Good communication practices;
  • Energetic, open; Ability to work in a team or alone;
  • Organized, attention to detail; Professional.
